With a maximum of 12 per class our trainers can spend more time with you helping correct any technique. We are right there with you throughout the session.

This has enabled me to apply what I have learnt to programs and help clients achieve their personal goals through new and exciting training, nutrition and hormonal tracking to taper programs for you.
A bold and bubbly trainer, using her background in dance and her experience as a bikini/fitness competitor she loves to share her passion for health and fitness by helping clients maintain a healthy lifestyle. Whether it is one of her group classes or 1 on 1 she know how to get the absolute best out of her clients through nutritional guidance and closely monitored programs.
With a background in dance, she found her body responded positively to these styles of training, and really found that it kept her motivated.
Erin loves moving, being strong, and found how implementing regulars fitness has improved her overall wellbeing. Through the success of her own training she want to help people move better in their daily lives, improve the connection between their mind and body and strive to be their best selves.
